We have been making clients our friends, selling resorts and campgrounds since 1973. We are good listeners and have experience in operating resorts. Our style of selling, is to educate buyers so that they can be smart purchasers and good operators. The resort, campground and hospitality business has different personalities, in different geographic areas with different environments. Harlan & Heidi Schauer are managers of Northern Lights Resort.  Harlan is on the local resort association board and also on the board of directors of the Congress of Minnesota Resorts.

Charlie Ossell specializes in entertainment farming, orchards, wineries and hospitality.
